With a focus very much on quality, BOSS uses Mackie active speaker technology for all its PA systems.  This means that each loudspeaker cabinet has a built-in amplifier (or amplifiers) of the correct power for the enclosed speakers.  Thus, small systems can be daisy-chained together to make large systems with no danger of over- or under-powering, and there will always be the right amount of power available for each speaker at all times.  It also means that loudspeakers and amplifiers are always perfectly matched and balanced for optimal sound.

BOSS has a number of different loudspeaker models which can be used in varying sizes of venue with power outputs from 1-20,000 watts.  The 'bread and butter' loudspeakers are Mackie SRM450s (400w) which are regarded throughout the industry as the PA of choice whether for live music production or disco.   For bigger venues/events these can be reinforced with 15" sub-woofers. 

Alternatively larger speaker systems can be used : The SA1521s (500w), with 15" bass drivers and often likened to SRM450s on steroids, give a richer, fuller sound, while SA1232s (1,300w) are awesome. Where appropriate and particularly outdoors, the bottom end of the sound can be reinforced with 15" (700w) or 18" (900w) sub-woofers (SWA1501 or SWA1801).
